1. Using Biker
By creating an account or using Biker, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Biker provides tools for rider profiles, garages, clubs, group rides, ride records, announcements, and related community features.
2. Rider safety
You are responsible for your own safety, decisions, equipment, vehicle, and compliance with applicable traffic laws. Do not use Biker while riding or in any situation where using a phone would be unsafe. Ride within your ability and follow the instructions of qualified ride organizers and local authorities.
3. Accounts and information
You must provide information that is accurate enough for the service to work, protect your sign-in details, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must be old enough to legally agree to these terms in your location.
4. Clubs, rides, and community content
You keep ownership of content you submit, including photos, descriptions, announcements, and ride information. You give Biker permission to host, display, and technically process that content to provide the service. Do not post unlawful, threatening, misleading, hateful, invasive, or dangerous content, and do not impersonate another rider or organizer.
5. Organizers and third parties
Club organizers and ride leaders are independent users. Biker does not organize, supervise, insure, or guarantee any ride, route, club, sponsor, participant, vehicle, or third-party service. Use your own judgment before joining or relying on information in the app.
6. Location and notifications
Some features use location or notifications when you grant permission. You can manage device permissions and notification preferences, but disabling them may limit nearby discovery or timely ride updates.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Biker. We may also restrict access when needed to protect riders, the service, or other people. We will update these terms when the changes are material and show the latest effective date on this page.
